Terms & License
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Buy once, own forever. Use the code in as many apps as you like, including paid apps and client work. Rename it, restyle it, ship it. The only thing you can't do is resell or republish the kits themselves as templates, components, or a competing library.
1. What you're buying
A Nibware purchase is a license to source code, not a subscription and not a hosted service. When your payment completes, the license is granted and the code is yours to keep - it never expires, phones home, or stops compiling because of us.
2. The license
Each purchase grants one developer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:
- Use the components and kits in unlimited apps, personal or commercial, including apps you sell and client projects.
- Modify anything - rename, restyle, restructure, delete.
- Ship compiled binaries to the App Store or anywhere else with no attribution required.
What the license does not allow:
- Redistribution of source - you may not resell, republish, open-source, or give away the kits or components as source code, in whole or substantial part.
- Competing products - you may not use the kits to build a UI kit, template marketplace, component library, or similar product that competes with Nibware.
- Sharing your account - one license, one developer. Teams should buy a seat per builder (or contact us for team pricing).
- Training data - you may not use the kits to train or fine-tune a model whose purpose is generating UI components for others.
Client work is fine: you may deliver an app containing the code to a client, as long as what you deliver is an app, not the kit itself.
3. All-access
The all-access purchase covers every kit that exists today and every kit we release while Nibwareoperates, under the same license terms. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not a promise that new kits ship forever - but everything you have downloaded is yours permanently regardless.
4. Payments, taxes, refunds
- Prices are in USD. Our payment processor is the merchant of record and handles sales tax/VAT.
- Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked, provided you have downloaded no more than one kit. After substantial downloads, purchases are final - source code can't be "returned."
- Prices may change; changes never affect what you already bought.
5. Updates and support
Purchases include updates to what you bought (fixes, new components added to your kits, iOS version compatibility) at no extra cost. Support is by email, best-effort, for installation and defects - not for building your app for you.
6. Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate the license (e.g. redistributing source), after contacting you first unless the violation is flagrant.
7. Community submissions
You can submit components you built - the prompt you used and the code it produced - for publication in the Nibware community catalog. By submitting, you confirm and agree:
- It's yours. You wrote the submission (or hold the rights to it) and it doesn't infringe anyone else's code, design, or trademark.
- You keep ownership. Your components stay yours, and your name stays on them - submissions are always attributed to your profile.
- You grant Nibware a license - perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable - to host, display, distribute, and commercially use your submission as part of Nibware, including in paid features, APIs, MCP servers, and AI-assisted tools.
- Users get it under MIT. Published community components are made available to other users under the MIT license.
- No payment. Community publication is free hosting with attribution, not a sale. If we introduce revenue sharing later it will be a separate, opt-in agreement.
- We moderate. Every submission is reviewed before it goes live, and we may decline or remove any submission at any time.
8. Warranty and liability
The code is provided as is. We work hard to make it excellent - every component compiles before it ships - but we don't warrant it is defect-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
9. Trademarks
"SwiftUI", "iOS" and "App Store" are trademarks of Apple Inc. Nibware is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders by email. The license you bought under stays valid - new terms apply to new purchases.
